In any case, the Ordering Party has the right to set us a written additional deadline, not shorter than 2 weeks, if the agreed delivery date has been exceeded by at least 3 weeks. After the additional deadline has expired without effect, the Ordering Party may withdraw from the contract. 8.1. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Ordering Party is responsible for the correctness of the unloading activities.
8.2. If it results from the agreement of the Parties, the offer, or the placed order that MARO will provide the Ordering Party with the service of unloading, assembly, connection, commissioning, or another service related to the delivered goods along with the delivery of the goods, the provisions of this point apply to the provision of this service by MARO. The rates for the assembly of kitchens and elements mounted to walls/ceilings are specified in Appendix No. 2.

Water and sewage connections and electrical connections are prepared in places consistent with the design/connection diagram sent when placing the order and located in the light corresponding to the cabinets with household appliances. In the place where ceiling-mounted elements are installed, there are no pipes, connections, ventilation, cables, etc.
8.6.3. The structure of the walls and/or ceiling allows for the safe installation of hanging products. If the situation requires, the Ordering Party strengthens the wall/ceiling independently before the assembly service. The assembly of the furniture system on a single plasterboard wall is excluded. The minimum wall thickness should be 8 cm. The MARO service has appropriate dowels adapted to the type of mounting surface.

8.8. The Ordering Party may refuse to perform the assembly service if the Ordering Party does not confirm that the material to which the furniture or hanging elements are attached is suitable for this purpose.
8.9. MARO is not responsible for unevenness and gaps that arise as a result of uneven finishing of the room. If the Ordering Party does not provide conditions enabling the proper performance of the service (in particular: lack of work front, absence of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party on-site during the works), MARO will charge the Ordering Party with unforeseen additional costs (additional travel of the assembly service, accommodation, employee remuneration) until the conditions enabling the proper performance of the service are fully prepared.
8.10. The performance of the service will be confirmed by an appropriate acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties. The protocol will include all possible reservations of the Ordering Party, defects, and faults. In the absence of reservations in the acceptance protocol, it is assumed that the works were performed properly, and the service meets all the requirements of the Ordering Party.
8.11. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Ordering Party is responsible for the correctness of the unloading activities.
8.12. In the event of the inability to perform the assembly due to reasons attributable to the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party may be charged with the actual costs incurred by MARO.
