Application for funding project implementation under the Sub-measure 3.2.2 of OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 "Loan for technological innovations"

Fabryka Mebli Biurowych MARO sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed with the EU funds "Introduction of technology for furniture production using an innovative method of assembly and disassembly of furniture components".

The aim of this project is for the Applicant to implement innovative technology in order to produce a range of significantly improved office furniture with enhanced utility features in terms of durability and the possibility of easy and quick assembly and disassembly, including furniture for remote work - home office within StartUs collection. The products are going to have technological and functional features that go beyond the standard.

By using the solutions of the patent-pending invention and thanks to the acquired tangible and intangible assets, legal values and services, the Applicant is going to introduce the technology by combining all the acquired and designed equipment and elements in one production line.

Specific objectives of the project include:

  • diversification of the offer through significant improvement of the offered products,
  • introducing technological innovation,
  • purchase of machines and equipment, software, services necessary to start the production process,
  • implementation of the results of research and development work into business practice.

MARO Office Furniture Factory is implementing a project co-financed with European Funds "Development of a furniture system with acoustic properties as a result of professional design with the participation of people with disabilities".

The aim of the project is to develop a modular furniture system with acoustic properties for use in office space for the needs of different working models of people with hearing impairments, developed as a result of a professional design process with the involvement of the end users.

The introduction of new products developed in the course of the design process into the offer will create a synergy effect with the existing product range and will allow the company to achieve its long-term strategic and operational goals.
