The arrangement is a space that redefines the concept of a “waiting area”. Instead of random seating – it is a thoughtfully designed meeting zone, serving as the showcase of the office and the first point of contact with the brand. On 32.0 m² we have created an open layout with modular sofas, an extensive storage system and innovative acoustic solutions ensuring comfort and organisation.

The lounge zone is based on a flexible, corner layout of seven MARO Sitiq sofa modules. Subtle fabric colour combinations in shades of muted green, grey and brick bring an atmosphere of calm and balance. The whole is complemented by two low central tables with decorative tops and laser-edged finishes, offering a practical place for drinks or materials.

The storage zone has been designed with maximum organisation and accessibility in mind. It includes linear built-in furniture in the PRO system, consisting of three sliding-door cabinets with fronts in different colours and black bodies with laser edging. Additionally, a large number of lockable shelves with a combination lock is available, offered in freestanding and modular layouts.

Accessories and additions enhance functionality and aesthetics: five upholstered toppers and three AcuTexo acoustic columns (heights 940, 1340, 1740 mm), which create privacy and effectively dampen noise. User comfort is increased by the Power Circle L mediaport integrated into the column.

The waiting area is a complete layout – aesthetically cohesive, practical and optimised for functionality. Ideal for reception zones, near offices and in shared spaces, ready for implementation without a design phase. It is an ideal solution for companies that care about user comfort and a consistent spatial image.
